I first got in touch with Nicole in January to begin discussing selling my parent's rental property as part of a Trust. At the time, the property was occupied by a renter. I live outside of the area and was concerned about the approach to take. Nicole was very reassuring and immediately offered to take this concern off my hands. For the next 2 months, she helped make arrangements to have landscaping work done, checked on the property, stayed in touch with the tenant, and made arrangements to help the tenant move, after the notice was given. It was now the time to start planning to put the house on the market, but this was mid-March, and the state just imposed the shelter-in-place mandate due to the coronavirus pandemic. We were now attempting to navigate through uncharted waters. I was not sure what to do or expect at this point, but Nicole stayed calm, collected, and very professional, and we discussed what the next steps would look like. We decided to continue with the plan to have the interior painted, which Nicole help to obtain bids and ultimately coordinated. Nicole had to be very creative during this time to help attract potential buyers, as the rules were constantly changing as to how a house can be shown. Not only were there great professional pictures taken, and online 3-D tours, but she also thought outside of the box and arranged virtual open houses. While we went through ups and downs with the house itself during this process, Nicole remained positive, kind, extremely helpful, and professional, and went out of her way many times to make sure things were going smoothly. She was excellent at keeping me informed every step of the way and was available to answer any questions. An offer was accepted and the house has just recently sold. I owe this to Nicole's hard work, effort, and dedication. It was truly a pleasure and a great experience working with her, particularly during these difficult times. I would highly recommend Nicole to anyone!Read more

Our situation was a little unique, in that halfway through selling our house, the coronavirus pandemic hit. Initially, my husband and I were in a bit of a panic, not really knowing what selling a home during a pandemic would look like. Nicole, swiftly and confidently helped us navigate a pretty uncertain and emotional time. We always felt she was putting our needs first, looking out for our safety and the safety of our clients first and foremost. She took the reins and ultimately she sold our home seamlessly with our best interests at heart! As if that wasn't enough, she really continued to shine as the search for our new home began. With the pandemic at its height and inventory extremely low, we were a little concerned our options would be limited. Not with Nicole. She is an intelligent woman who is at her finest thinking outside of the box, a skill which I feel 100% certain is the contributing factor in our finding the gem of a home we now own today. She went above and beyond, contacting other agents, and letting them know we were motivated! Without that perseverance, no way would we have found our home. She never let a day go by without keeping us up to date. And she was always available at the drop of hat to answer questions, or just ease our minds through this tumultuous time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy during these strange times, and going forward! She has the knowledge and experience, and determination to make it happen!Read more

And then we met Nicole who easily stands above the rest. She was strategic in assessing the buying landscape, writing a clean and irrefutable offer, and negotiating and handling the nuances involved once in escrow. It's one thing to have your REALTOR in your corner, but it's an entirely different thing to have a REALTOR as sharp and thorough as Nicole in your corner. Not a single detail was missed, she had answers to all of our questions and we felt taken care of every step of the way. Not to mention she's just a lovely person to be around- it was a pleasure working with her and knowing her. I would (and do) recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. I have had plenty of experience working with other REALTORS in the area, and it doesn't get better than Nicole.Read more

Nicole is wonderful, a joy to work with and Smart! Yes, the higher end sleek marketing makes the difference. She knew how to market our home, what agents to bring through, and negotiated the right and best price. She communicated every step in detail. We felt comfortable and confident leaving everything in her hands, as we had already moved when we listed. We could not of been any happier with our experience. She made selling so easy! My first REALTOR said I had missed the market and she wouldn’t help me anymore. Less than two months later, Nicole helped me buy my first townhome and now seven years later, my first real single story home! She has a way of negotiating so both sides win and feel like they are winning by entering into the deal. A true kind and genuine spirit, she is highly intelligent and one of the most skillful negotiators I have met - and this is coming from a CPA or MBA. Don’t waste time and lose out by working with anyone else! Nicole is the only REALTOR I hope to ever work with! Can’t recommend her highly enough!Read more
